These terms apply when you use avlogistics.vn and the shipping services of AV Logistics. By shipping with us or sending a quote request, you accept the terms below.
Our services
AV Logistics ships goods from Vietnam abroad and from some countries to Vietnam, including advice, drop-off, packing, paperwork, transport and delivery. Our current routes are listed on Services and Ship to Vietnam.
Information on the website
- Rates and transit times on the website reflect current information and may change. The final price of each shipment is confirmed at our warehouse before it ships.
- Shipping calculator results are estimates for your reference, not a formal quote.
- Content, images and trademarks on the website belong to AV Logistics. Please do not copy them without permission.
Your responsibilities
- Give correct and complete sender, recipient and goods details.
- Declare your goods correctly and do not send prohibited goods, as set out in our shipping terms.
- Pay the shipping price and any confirmed fees.
- Be responsible for the legality of the goods you send.
Our responsibilities
- Explain the route, accepted goods and costs clearly before you confirm.
- Store, pack and ship your goods under our published terms.
- Keep you updated on your shipment and support you until it is delivered.
- Handle claims and compensation under our claims policy.
Personal data
Your personal data is processed under our privacy policy.
Disputes
We aim to settle any dispute by negotiation first. If that fails, the dispute is settled under Vietnamese law by the competent authority.
Changes
AV Logistics may update these terms. The new version applies from the "Updated" date at the top of this page.
