Weight calculation
- Volumetric weight = Length × Width × Height (cm) / 5000; you pay for the greater of actual and volumetric weight.
- Rounded up to 0.5 kg.
Insurance
- Perishable goods (fruit, food): compensated only when delivery is later than the committed time.
- Lost goods: 100% of the value when you buy insurance at 10–20% of the goods' value.
- Other cases: compensated against a purchase invoice, up to 200 USD.
Claims
- Record a video and take photos when you open the parcel.
- Make any claim within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
