Service
- All-inclusive: inspection, repacking, customs clearance and local delivery, with a tracking code.
Delivery in Singapore
- Up to 10.5 kg: 300,000 VND per shipment; from 11 kg: free.
Weight calculation
- Volumetric weight = L × W × H / 5000.
- Rounded to 0.5 kg (e.g. 10.6 kg → 11 kg).
Insurance
- Without insurance: 50% of the goods' value, up to twice the shipping fee.
- With insurance (fee = 10% of the goods' value): 100% of the value plus a refund of the lost parcel's shipping fee.
- Fragile, crushable or leaking goods and perishable or short-dated goods are not insured.
Claims
- Record a video and take photos when you open the parcel.
- Make any claim within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
